can i just text it

Text her like a mate.
She replies like a coach.

Physiqo is an AI coach you text. Here is the real chat, as on the phone today. Tap something you'd say and watch what Ari does with it.

What just happened

Nothing sent yet. Send a message and you'll see what Ari did with it.

What can Ari do?Everything you can ask her

She won't call you a legend. She'll tell you you've got 50.8 g of protein to go.

Text Ari a set or a meal and she logs it. Replies are copied from the real app, and nothing you tap is sent.

what's on today

Your week will go pear-shaped.
Your plan won't.

Physiqo builds your plan in the chat and changes it when your week does. Late shift, sore knee, half an hour before tea? Just tell Ari. Here is what you type, and the Training tab, as they look in the app.

Tap a day

  • Built with you in the chat.

Ask for a plan and Ari drafts it on a card. Change any lift, then save it. Or send a screenshot of your old plan.

  • Log as you lift.

Tick off sets in the live workout, drop sets included, with a rest timer you can keep on your lock screen. Or just type it between sets.

  • Changes arrive as a card.

Move a session or fit it into half an hour. Nothing moves until you tap Confirm, and you can Undo it after.

Also in Training: personal records, weekly volume, runs and classes in your plan, and your steps and workouts from Apple Health (read only). How the workout tracker and planner work

You'll still have to do the reps. Sorry.

tesco meal deal chicken and bacon sandwich, walkers and a coke zero

Fluent in
meal deal.

Physiqo is a calorie and macro tracker you talk to. Say what you ate and it finds the real thing, no weighing every crumb.

  1. Say it, snap it or scan it.

Type it how you'd say it, snap the plate, scan a barcode or send a screenshot. Or pick a saved meal, or copy yesterday.

    • Scan food
    • Barcode
    • Screenshot

The card it saves: one meal, three foods, nothing to add up.

  2. It checks where you actually eat.

Each food is checked in this order, and the first good match wins. The supermarket products are stored on your phone, so that lookup works with no signal.

    1. Your usual foods

      Anything you've taught it

      Source line: Your food

    2. High street menus

      Chain menus, item by item

      Source line: Nando's UK menu

    3. UK supermarket products

Tens of thousands, on your phone

Source line: Tesco, from Open Food Facts

    4. UK food table

The UK's own food data (CoFID)

      Source line: UK food table

    5. Live search

      For anything else

porridge with a bit of honey matches your usual foods.

nandos half chicken matches high street menus.

chicken and bacon sandwich matches UK supermarket products.

  3. Sure? Logged. Not sure? It asks.

A confident match logs straight away, with Undo and Edit. If it isn't sure, it asks. If nothing turns up, scan the barcode or enter it yourself.

Not sure which brew? It asks, with the numbers for each.

    Undo Edit
  4. Fix it once. It sticks.

Swap or Fix a food and it becomes your usual. Tell it what brekkie means and that's what brekkie is from then on. Save a recipe as a meal, or say which packs you buy.

    Later

    1. Your usual foods

      Anything you've taught it

porridge with a bit of honey

      Source line: Your food

Then it all adds up in the Food tab.

Meal Planner, a shopping list and your own meals live there too. How the calorie counter works

No lectures about the cheeky Nando's. Just what's left.

Ari now knows: Knee playing up · Tue 13 Oct

  4. Month 1

    Your first journey note.

When a month ends, Ari writes a short note on how it went, so the detail never gets lost in the logs.

    Your journey

    October 2026

    Written by Ari

    15 of 16 sessions, 6 PRs, 82.1 to 81.4 kg

  6. Month 3

    Ask about any of it.

Three months in,
she still remembers week one.

What is Physiqo

Physiqo is a UK-built iPhone app that works as an AI fitness coach. You text Ari, the coach inside it, what you lifted, ate or what's come up, and she logs your workouts and meals, plans and changes your training week, and answers from your own history.

It is for adults 18 and over, in the UK first. Training, food and body live in one chat, so you don't juggle a workout tracker, a calorie counter and a notes app. Plans are £14.99 a month, or less on a longer plan: £29.97 for 3 months or £95.88 for 12 months, after a free trial. Is Physiqo free

No. Physiqo has no free plan, but every plan starts with a free trial, and the App Store sets its length. After the trial it is £14.99 a month, £29.97 every 3 months or £95.88 a year. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you are not charged. Joining the waitlist is free.

Is Physiqo on Android

No. Physiqo is an iPhone app only. There is no Android version and no Android release date, and there is no Apple Watch app either. On Android? Join anyway, then tap I'm on Android, so Physiqo knows how many Android users want it.

Is it just a calorie counter

No, though Physiqo does count calories and macros. It's training, food and body in one chat, with Ari as your AI coach:

  • Plans built with you, and changed by asking
  • Sets logged mid-session, with a rest timer and PRs
  • Food from a sentence, a photo, a barcode or a screenshot, with calories and macros against your targets
  • Weigh-ins, your weight trend, progress photos and sleep, with Apple Health (read only)
  • Trips and holidays that move your sessions around
  • Ari remembers all of it, with the dates

Everything she can do, and what she can't: What can Ari do?

Do I have to weigh everything

No. In Physiqo you type it how you'd say it, snap the plate or scan the barcode. If an amount's off, tap Fix. If Ari isn't sure what you meant, she asks.

Do I need a gym

No. Ari drafts Physiqo plans for a full gym, home dumbbells or no kit at all.

Does it work with Apple Health

Yes, with Apple Health, read only. On iPhone, Physiqo can bring in your weight, steps, sleep and workouts from Apple Health, including what an Apple Watch or another app saves there. Read only means it takes data in and doesn't write anything back. There is no Apple Watch app, and you can disconnect Apple Health at any time.

Is Ari a real person

No. Ari is the AI coach inside the Physiqo app, not a human. She logs what you tell her, plans and changes your training and answers from your own numbers. She gives general training and food guidance only: she isn't a doctor, a dietitian or a physio, so for pain, injury or anything medical, see someone qualified. What Ari sees
